PTCL Complaint Center
The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

Main ptcl k ic number 0514570794 py dsl use kr rha hun or ptcl walon ny mujy 5000 extra bill bhej dia hai unka kehna hai k mainy 300 sy ziada gb use ki ic liay exta bill bheja gya jab k record show kr rha hai k meri usage 291 gb hai. Ic liay main kaafi din sy ptcl ko complains kr rha hun or exchange k b bohat sy chakr lga chuka hun but vo bill adjust nai kr rahy unhon ny khud b record check kia meri usage 291 hai pr vo kehty hain jo bill hai vohi jma krvaana ho ga hum sahi nai karaingy.
Sir kindly ap khud ptcl dsl ki helpline py call kar k meri may ki month ki usage pta karain vo btaingy k usage 291 hai per ye bill sahi nai kr rahay mera bill 2970 banta hai or inhon ny mujy 7970 bheja hai or kehty hain yahi jma karvao
Abi main ptcl exchange sy aya hun wahan 112 room main sarwat sahab baithy hain vo mujy kehty hain dfa ho jao yahan sy nai tou main tmhain idhr hi lita dunga

I am paying 3.1mbs of speed but ptcl give me only 111kbs/m.

My Telephone No 0514419083 is out of order since three weeks in spite of many complaints No action has been Taken by PTCL authorities. Concerned authorities are requested to put in order my Telephone.

Asalam-O-Allaykum?
I am using ptcl broadband 2MB package service for the last 3 years and having ptcl smart TV service from the last 3 months. But from the very first day after installation of smart TV I was facing following Problems
like,
1. Poor broadband speed.
2. Frequent Disconnection of Internet.
3. Often no surfing of any web.
4. Some time Server not found.
5. Many time PPPop Dialing Fail.
6. Frequent Stoppage of program, picture disturbance and sound loss.
7. Some time require User Name and Password
I made many complaints the staff check every thing but not trace/rectify the fault.
Submitted for information and further necessary action please.
