The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

The purpose of writing this letter is to bring your attention toward the negligence of your ptcl Department subordinates. Your level of management well plan and implement strategies for the success of organization and welfare of public. But, unfortunately, there is a complete lack of Control and Monitoring of its operations.
Coming to the main point,
the customers facing a lot of problems in the viewing of the online monthly bills. I acknowledge that your organisation is doing best to provide quality service to its customers. It is a very convenient way to check one’s online monthly bill and/or make a print of it for payment purposes. But the monthly bills are rarely updated and it is not available to view your bills on time. Please it is asked to forward this request to the IT department to fix the problem on line system, I hope you will never miss your absence in time of trouble. Thank you so much.

I have been complaing since 15/10/2012 of this number of 0556280074. I have paid the bill but there is not any kind of Response on my application. i ask a lot of times to my neighber Exchange about my Application. But they do not pay attention on my Complaint. I would like to inform you that our DSL has been dead for last 6 days and we are facing very serious problem of communication gapping from our local & international.
We have already complained most of time to your local office(K.E.P.Z) and get but still no body come for resolve this problem. I extremely request to you please resolve the problem ASAP.

sir i am busy with my job my duty time is 9am to 6pm thats reason i cannot collect my duplicate telephone bill from your aziz abad customer service centre.
