PTCL Complaint Center
The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

With due respect, I beg to state that I am a citizen of LAHORE, my Ptcl number 042 35211178 has been off since Monday 30 MAY 2013. Thus facing lots of inconvenience. Has reported several times even in WAPDATOWN Office of LAHORE But in vain. Kindly pay some attention on my request . In this regard I will be grateful to you.

With due repect,I would say that my ptcl #051-5955842 is unserviceable for last
four months and inspite of hundreds of complaints no action is taken so far.
Very humbly, i will request to higher authorities of ptcl to pay the attentions
to the complaints of common peoples who are paying the bills regularly.Otherwise
i will request for permanent disconnection to get rid of this headech.

Assalam-o-Alaikum! sir humara ptcl number 044-4541664 ha humara DSL 1 mb tha lakin ab 1 mb to 2mb wala student pakge lga dya gya ha or hum sy pucha b ni lehaza humara pely wala 1 mb wala pakge laga dya jay or ap ke website py lakha ha k 30 june k bad 2 mb k charges lago ho gay lakin lakin hum ko to pechly he bill ma pay krny pary

Salam my ptcl#0476333255 (which i m using last fifteen years) i complain two time first complain that number off complain solve būt the greatworker of ptcl change the number on dp this time unknown number 0476336502 is ON in my present adresas and# 0476333255 which iš my orignal number running on unknown address

assalam.o.alikum i have Broadband & DSL problem since last three days i have been complaint so many times in PTCL exchange but no any Response to me from your department. my ptcl number 0222650434 hyderabad quickly manage it.because we r paying for it .. ptcl ki service din badin kharab kyun hoti ja rahi hai net 2mb ise chal raha hai jise k half mb ho na download speed na upload speed na hi ping kamino mera net chaldi sahi karo
