PTCL Complaint Center
The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

i mr ain ullah khan , of hangu , my residence land line no 0925-621642 not working since one week, i already complainted in hangu ptcl exchange, but still didnt repaired , also dsl connection is not working , pls make arrangement for repairing . ain ullah khan / nasir rehman of hangu

my name is ijaz ahmad and my ptcl # is ( 044-2641031 ). 3 months ago the ptcl cable (200 meters) of our village is stolen by thieves so thats why our whole village and 2 or 3 mills of our area are unable to use the services of ptcl..we visited so many times in the ptcl office of okara and alot of complaints entered through 1218 but there is no response from any side..now the thieves of cable are now captured and jailed but the we are still unable to use of ptcl services..please restore that cable so that we able to use ptcl services,please do a favorable jpb for us.,,,thanks alot…

sir. I have Landline & DSL problem since last two months i have been complaint so many times in 1218 but no any Response to me from your departmen. my ptcl number 021-34501964 my complaint number 92.

The purpose of writing this letter is to bring your attention toward the negligence of your ptcl Department subordinates. Your level of management well plan and implement strategies for the success of organization and welfare of public. But, unfortunately, there is a complete lack of Control and Monitoring of its operations.
Coming to the main point,
the customers facing a lot of problems in the viewing of the online monthly bills. I acknowledge that your organisation is doing best to provide quality service to its customers. It is a very convenient way to check one’s online monthly bill and/or make a print of it for payment purposes. But the monthly bills are rarely updated and it is not available to view your bills on time. Please it is asked to forward this request to the IT department to fix the problem on line system, I hope you will never miss your absence in time of trouble. Thank you so much.
