PTCL Complaint Center
The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

i have made complain more then 5 times and also visit at PTCL exchange center more then 7 times. all PTCL’s member are saying that you complain will be solved with in 24 hours but i am facing the bad attitude up to 26-sep-2012 to 12-oct-2012. No one has refine my complain or solved it. What is your service…..Have any one can get the answer to PTCL Department.My number is 061-4584636

MY PHONE IS OFF SINCE 20 DAYS, I HAVE LOUNCHED MANY COMPLAINS BUT NO RESPONCE. I WENT TO TELEPHONE EXCHANGE MANY TIME BUT USE LESS. SOME BUDDY TOLD ME IN THE EXCHANGE THAT OLD GUY WHO WAS ATTENDING MY AREA HAS GONE AND NEW OPPINTMENT IS STILL UNABLE TO RESOLVE LINE PROBLEM.
PAKISTAN KI TARHA IS KAY IDAROON KA BHEE HAAL BOHAT BURA HAY.

my landline phone connection no:021-36346634 is disconnected last 16 days and i have several times complin in ptcl karachi head office but all my efforts are uneffected.kindly u pay attention serious action on my request.thank u

IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE FROM THE LAST 3 YEARS THESE NUMBERS ARE NON OPERATIVE 4 DAYS TO A MONTH, MANY COMPLAINTS ARE LODGED TO OUR EXCHANGE GAMBAT DISST KHAIRPUR MIRS SINDH BUT ALL MY EFFORTS ARE IN VAIN THESE 2 NUMBERS ARE ON DSL 0243640025 AND 0243-640025 TOTALLY NOT WORKING FROM THE LAST 2 MONTHS SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ARE LODGED TO 1218 BUT NO LINE MAN TURNS UP,BUT I RECEIVE RECORDED MESSAGE OF MY COMPLAINT BEING RESOLVED. THIS IS VERY OBVIOUS OUR BILLS ARE PAID REGULARLY FOR NO SERVICE PROVIDED BY PTCL.

our ptcl line is totally death please repair our ptcl line (021-34591550 )my line death about 30 day no one repair my line i complain many times at 1218 but still same issue no one resolve my problem and no one is ready to listen me… what i do now.. please you take action and solve this problem
