PTCL Complaint Center
The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

Dear sir,I am a medical doctor by profession,i am serving as Medical Officer incharge of a BHU Jalbai (Distt Swabi)a remote area in KPK.I myself belong to peshawar but i am serving here to help those people who are faraway from health facilities.As you know sir being a doctor study is very important but here no books or library is avalible,for that reason i have a DSL connection,but my Phone is dead since one month,i have admitted complaints so many time but no one is ready to help me,therefore i am writting this letter and request that please do something about my problem,i shall be very thankful,and will continue my studies.

Why do Evo speed sucks bad!! Im an Evo user and the speed im getting is not the speed i have been promised at all doesn’t even come close to it.
on a daily biases now the speed im getting from THIS HORRIBLE CONNECTION CALLD EVO is compared less than Dial up speed, I have complained many many times
seems to me PTCL either dont want to fix the problem or cant.
Alas im changing my connection and going with another ISP , the only thing i regret is I should have gone with another ISP earlier instead wasting 2k rupees every month on a fail ISP Company with a fail Internet Speed
PS:- Complaints dont work well on PTCL they dont understand that language, instead of complaining just close whatever service your using and go with another company now when PTCL starts losing customer’s AKA “Money” then that’s a language they truly understand
