PTCL Complaint Center
The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

Dear, I have ordered for PTCL broadband almost four to five months ago, which was later been canceled by me. The problem is that my order has not been canceled completely. I have visited Samnabad exchange Lahore several times but all in vain. Also my ptcl is now off for several months Kindly solve my problem and disconnect my phone.

dear sir,
ptcl sending me contineously bill Of Telephone No. 32589160. bill shows that a conncetion was installed on 29.09.2010. would you believe that upto today 21.01.2011 no one from ptcl side even a line man has not visited to us for the
new connection. i myself visited so many times to the concerned DE to please do not send bill untill a new connection is installed and he always promised that you will get the connection by tomorrow. i am realy in shock that no one is taking notice of my complain, where should i go for my complain. can any ptcl officer take action that without providing telphone connection, why bils are sent. i am hopless but still hoping that someone will read this complain and resolve the problem.
