PTCL Complaint Center
The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

Sir, My telephone NO.0928-623325 is dead from last several days.I complaint on 1218 also.Lineman and supervosor is not take keen interest in their duty specially in my case. Therefore it is most humbly request to correct my phone number please.I shall be thankful of PTCL…P A K I S T A N.

Respectfully My phon number 02135043449 I Say that I am a user of PTCL Broadband at my house from 17/11/2010 and till today 14/01/2011 with many problem only 2 month it was open. After that I was daily complain from land line and I also go PTCL office but no one else worked on my complains and bills is continue coming. Director of PTCL of branch of Orangi Town No.4 Karachi was said to me that I can do anything on this complain so I do. Because he will do nothing and he was challenge me to I do everything on this matter. MY COMPLAIN DEATELS IS GIVEN BELOW. i’ll be highly thanks full of your cooperation .

A phone number 0928-623325 is dead since from last 9 days. i record a complaint severally but in vain.telephone is restored for 2 or 3 hours, and then again dead.as per my knowledge the supervisor Ishaq Khan and line man Gul Faraz Khan deliberately do that. please meet my Grivences,as may be i am wrong.
