The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

Respectfully I Say that I am a user of PTCL Broadband at my shop from 17/10/2010 and till today 02/01/2011 with many problem only 10 days it was open. After that I was daily complain from land line and I also go PTCL office but no one else worked on my complains and bills is continue coming. Director of PTCL of branch of Orangi Town No.4 Karachi was said to me that I can do anything on this complain so I do. Because he will do nothing and he was challenge me to I do everything on this matter. MY COMPLAIN DEATELS IS GIVEN BELOW

it is useless to complaint by mail bcause u didnt lookforward the applicatins witch u recive by hand. our ptcl no o62-880036 is dead from a year. we send u many complaints letters but failed. your service is too bad for responding complaints.

SUBJECT: Complain about misuse of IP….
Respected sir please check IP 202.147.175.54.we rent this IP for cam but Since more then ten months ptcl is not charging it in phone Bill.still now we are using it free.now we are faceing that problem to clase it because when we called to close it to PTCL they reply that they have no record about it.which is so difficult for us and its effected on our regular work.
So kindle give it prefrence and as soon as possible try to resolve our problem.i’ll be highly thanks full of your cooperation.
