PTCL Complaint Center
The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

Sir this is my next complain regarding my ptcl connection some days ago i have submit my complain but no reliable feedback receive to me by your deportment once call was received from islamabad for confirmation of complain instead to resolve my problem so please. Sir my problem is that my home connection is out of order since 2 and half year, sir i am facing so many problem i have contact with local concerned staff but no reliable feedback receive me so please take necessary action against concerned staff sir this my home ptcl connection# 02136353053 and my email address is that for further information. zakriadayo@yahoo.co.in, zakriadayo@hotmail.com my cell no 03456264950

R/sir, My ptcl ph.# is 021032225394 which is dead since last 8 month & i m paying my telephone bill regularly.we had done many computerized complains as well as talked to operator but still our phone is dead. Please let me know whether it will work, If it is not possible then please disconnect our connection permanently, as we are paying line rent without any reason. Abdul Mohammad

Me virtual university ka student hon. mari tamam study online ha jis ki waja say mujhay net ki sakt zarorat ha.ma 4 month say Ptcl office chiniot kay cakar laga raha hon lakin mujhay har martaba yahe jawab milta ha kay ap kay ilakay ki D.P kharab ha.Mari ap say guzarish ha kay hamary ilakay ki D.P theek karwai jay keunkay is ki waja say mari parhi mutasir ho rahi ha ma app ka sukar guzar hon ga

and 6 month ka bil bi py nahi kiea. jb main ny lain man ko kaha to us ny btaya k maqbool hmad chaki wala ch no 550 g.b. exchang kilianwala min active hy. or un k ghar kaha k hannan ko pata chal chuka hy.

R/sir, My ptcl ph.# is 021036676504 new complain # is 153 dated 2/12/2010 wich is dead since last 8 month & i m paying my telephone bill regularly.we had done many computerized complains but still our ph.is dead.sir it is my humble request to you please let me know the resion why dont take any action on my complain or if you disconnect our connection permanently,so i don’t need to pay bill any more.please reply.thanking you Mohammad.Amin
