PTCL Complaint Center
The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

ptcl officers these are truck goods numbers which are dead from 6 months we all goods paid bills regular and complaint at 1218 many time but numbers are dead officer of mummtazabad office multan note oure complaint many time but we are still without fone line i hope oure fone numbers will be ok thnx

Dear sir,
For your kind information and I think you would not be astonished to know that our PTCL line is not functional from beginning.I live in Gujranwala Climax Garden.I have complaint to Tabassim Shah more than five times but our line man Shafiq does not manage my line into order and he demands for bribe to me.And second thing is that we donot receive bill at home.One day I called on my number someone had received it.
My PTCL number is 055-3824400 which is register on my name FURQAN JAVED and my identity card number is 34101-9571629-9 and my cell number is 0334-7940720.Now I want to clear you that I would not pay my any bill therefore you should eliminate my account in PTCL.
Because sorry to say your department is full with corruption and blacksheeps.

Respected Sir,
I, Farrukh saeed. I registered my name for student package DSL broad band few days back. My phone is 021-36617533.One of the person Rehan came here at my home from nazimabad exchange. But he just gave me modem and went away. I don’t know how to install this, then I complain Mainer time but no one response .Everyone on the phone just told me now days our person will come next day but they didn’t implemented on that. Sir my daily charges already implemented on dsl but I am not using the dsl right now. Kindly consider my application.

Dear Sir,
The case has been long prolonging Land line NDT, due to nearest “DP” one year. Line man says also main cable damage, I regret to inform you that I have not get any positive response DE SDO and Line man yet??? The case still pending and no result from your side.
more time complain 1218 and talk to your representative but delay resolve my complain and again new complain registrar to 1218 but but no resolve my complain
I am sure and hopeful that your prompt action make it urgent basis.

As i have done already submitted complaint in this website and i appreciate i received a call from Islamabad but my landline still not properly ok even our whole building facing this kind of problem. cross connection, dead many times a day, distortion.
some people of building came to me for submitting their complaints.

Hello dear
I would like to bring in your kind information that I have installed the DSL Student package connection in 29 February 2010 at Hub Chocke District Lasbela Balochistan .I did not able to access the net properly a couple of week and last two to three months there has no tone in phone. Many times I had talked with the PTCL officers who are related to DSL connection but they didn’t take action seriously. This is my 2nd mail what I am writing you .It is Requested to High management of PTCL, please wind up your Modem and phone. Now I am not responsible for equipment nor do I pay further for phone and DSL. I hope you understand me and take action as soon as possible.
