PTCL Complaint Center
The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

My phone # 02136940627 is out of order since long. It is totally dead & I have lodged the compleant comp# 333 , 115 , 454 but still after last 3-month no one can resolve this matar.

this number has been out of order last 3 weak. i am several
complain to Saleem center up more Branh office but they are
not resonding in my complain pls note my complain no 115
Dt: 03-May , complain no 56 Dt: 30 Apr.
Kidly pay attention toward this matter from your buyest schadule.

Dear Sir;
It is stated that the PTCL telephone of my home is out of order since August 31, 2010 and still in the same condition. We tried alot to get register the telephone complaint but no avail. The only problem is that i am not in my city and my mother has only the source (Internet) to get connected. Me as well as my family is very much disturbed due to this.
You are requested to please look into this matter and sorted out the issue stated above.

this number has been out order for the last 15 days and have to face this problem allmost every month.I have complain three times during the last 15 dasys but no action has been taken so for.
Kindly pay attention to solve this problum as soon as possible.

maira ptcl broad band laina ka koi irada to anhi tha phir jab add daikhi to dil kia ly lo but jab ly lia to wohi sarkari problems yeh kahan ki pvt company hoi hai jo abi b rishwat py chalti hai bula bual k thak gya ho complaint b bari likhai hain bill b every month due date par dia jata hai aur ab kia karo main kitni buri halat hoi hai mairi kia abtao
