PTCL Complaint Center
The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

i have both internet and ptcl issue since 4 months if i register the complain no one respond. i complain 100s of time on 1218 after that Mr. SDO but no one respond . my number is 04237944553 plz resolve my issue. i request u to check my internet and ptcl line as soon as possible . my mobile no is 0313 333 555 6 muhammad farooq

Sir, I am sorry to say that PTCl Bill is not receiving properly as such previous month bill i.e. May, 2014 not received and I am unable to pay the same bill on time. Plz kindly direct the person to deliver the bill on my address plz to avoid any delay in future for payment of same bill.

I have complaint to many times…
But there is no compliance…….
My complain is that
When I pic the receiver of my telephone…
I am listening tip tip tip continuously…
4 to 5 days ago… I have to wait 2 to 3 minutes and to dial any number but now its enough… now I can not dial any number because dib dib dib dib dib noise is listening more then 30 minutes….that was the much time I can’t still more wait

the company is fail to solve my problem and 10 to 15 times they are playing computer calls and asking your problem complaint has been solve if yes dial One(1) other wise dial 2(two….
such they did not work on this problem….
Really I was thing why the people leave/Reject this network… that was the National largest network who is running other networks……

Sorry to say Sham on organizers who and how they are earning huge salaries from this company … and they are working for other companies… if they solve any problem on time and urgently why the people use other network…

Despite of several telephonic complaint telephone no 51-5493283 insulated at my residence,cantt view colony street no 3B house no CB987/8 Misreal road Rawalpindi,209,is out of order for more then two weeks.

Assalam u Alikum . Respected Sir . Our complaint is that a PTCL connection small tower is infront of our house gate . We cant get a car inside the house because of this line small tower . our area incharge is Murad Line man But he asking us for a bribe of 25000 rupees .And Sir bribe is a sin in Islam . We had registered the first complaint 3 years ago against this small connection tower in the ptcl but no response . Thank you please do something about it .

it has been dead since last 1 week. I’ve already registered online complain for it 3 days ago but i didn’t get any response.
kindly look into this matter Asap!
