PTCL Complaint Center
The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

ye modem or cable lay kar GM k mo par mar do, is tharah k complaints ka ye log koi response nahi dety, sirf bill wasool karan jantay hein. mera bhi conection kharb hai or 1218 waly kuch nahi kar rahy, Monday ko mai b GM k office jaon ga. my ptcl no is 091 2672253 and mobl no is 0321 9053383.

Assalam.o.alikum. I have DSL problem since 2 months when we installed i have been complaint so many times in PTCL exchange. People fix the problem after one hour again problem started. My ptcl number 0514433781 please help me regarding this problem. They asked us to pay the bill but we do not want to pay because we have not availed this facility 24 hours.
