PTCL Complaint Center
The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

telepon and dsl internet on phon no 02134976997 is out of order for the last 10 days. several complaints online, in Gulshan Iqbal telephon exchange are already made but stil no responce. should i ask you for disconnection or restore the connection.pleas treat it most urgent.

sir. I have Landline & DSL problem since last one month actually net is very slow i have student package .it was good but now good since one month.my Telephone no is 36335392 �Karachi�in the last very sorry to say no action have been taken from your side.i think your all staff is very lazy and weak in work.i request you get my dsl problem better as soon as possible.

sir i have DSL Brodband on this no 0937553290 registerd on Muhammad Ishaq Name, when i paid the first 2 months bill after that my net is not working like previous become so slow mean equal to no net and disconnecting again and again plz for god sake fix this problem…i already contact our nearest PTCL exchange sevral times but i dont get any responce it is therefore requesting to fix my problem as soon as possible, otherwise if you are not in a position to fix my problem i will withdraw my connection because i dont need this kind of bad service provided by PTCL….

dear brothers and sisters register your complaints at complaint@pta.gov.pk or PTA ke website pe chlay jai or online form fill kr deian phir dekhe in ka kia haal hota ha ye aap ke agay hath jor ke request krey gay ke apni complain wapis lain ptcl only capture new customer and purana customer bhol jatay hein ke us ke b koi value ha

kahin martaba complain kar chuka hun per kisi tarhaan ka favour ab tak mujhe nhi mila
her baar mujhe yeh kehker taaldiya jaata hai k ham aapki request ko frwd kar rahe hain jald say jald aapka masla hal hojaayega
per mera masla hal nhi hota….
