PTCL Complaint Center
The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

02134985685 is my number and not working or dead since 14 days and despite of complaining several time, no technical staff from the exchange visitied or resolved the issue. kindly solve this issue as sson you can.thank you

I have 1Mbps internet connection but I am receiving 0.10Mbps it’s stop working sometimes there is line problem.

Dear Sir/MadamThis is to inform you that my Telephone No.055-3841213 is out of order since eight months and periodically I have taken up with the concerned line man for doing the needful ad DP is right near my home but despite repeated request he is not paying attention and just giving false commitments. now he is saying that main cable is faulty and he is trying to get it changed from the department but all in vain whereas I am regularly paying my monthly bills within time for nothing. Is it right?
