The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

my Ptcl number 021 34591794 has been off for one month ago. Thus facing lots of inconvenience. Has reported several times . Kindly pay some attention on my request . In this regard I will be grateful to you.

Sir i have a dsl speed problem since instalation i have complaint many time but no responce from ptcl exchange please take a measureable action otherwise i will disconnect this poor services

My Family is residing in SHAIDU- near Jahangira District Nowshera KPK- I am really surprised when ever a leaf move just for a second all of net lines become useless. That is not only now that is going on since Two years and beside that we all are paying each line 1200 Rupees per Month getting no proper service of net.
I myself residing now a days in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and normally whenever I have time I do chatting with my family at evening time, but how to do in AIR, sorry to say dear that no body takes care regarding this matter. I compelled to send a request towards you there at JAHANGIRA SHAIDU TPTCL Exchange nobody takes care regarding all of our request or complain.
My no is 510331-using net facilities , Mohallah Tekadaran , Vilage Shaidu –Tehsil and District Nowshera KPK- and net assigned name is my son Adil Arshad-but dear out of 24 hours that is out of order for 20 hours and do job for four hours. Can u please dig out the reason and investigate the problem why this the position of net facilities. Kindly step forward in this matter and please solve this problem not even for me a, for all of native of SHAIDU Location.
