PTCL Complaint Center
The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

hi i am living in dubai.and my ptcl home land line is disconnected from 1 month.we compliant so many time but they asking for money .my village north waziristan agency .please do somthing if u can.phone number 0928300409.please

sir. mera telephone number 021-35042279 ka wire break he meri complaint per bhi mera masla hal nahi ho kia gia jab ke me ne dsl ka order bhi kia howa he per mjhe abhi tak dsl connection bhi provide nahi howa please mere probleum solve ki jay warna mujboran me ptcl connection disconnect karwadonga.

I have paid bill of my PTCL phone NO 2823936 on 09.04.2013 in NBP City branch
lodged a complaint with ptcl authorities at Quetta complaint No is 40 but still telephone is disconnected ?
