respected sir, i wanted to let you konw that for the last 26 days i’ve been suffering to a huge mental stress because i’ve not get the ptcl broadband connection yet. i ha applies for it on 30-june-2010, but i ‘ve not get it yet.
please do some thing.

Subject: INSTALLATION OF D.S.L. – COMPLAINT AGAINST RELEVANT STAFF FOR NOT RESPOND – DESPITE MAKING DOZENS OF COMPLAINTS.

Respected Sir,

I am serving in Finance Division (Military), Member Finance Secretariat HIB Taxila Cantt. I applied for PTCL connection in June, 2010. The phone line was provided to me on 9.7.2010 (containing No. 0514542481). On the same day I applied for a DSL connection on prescribed proforma. PTCL claims that they are providing the DSL within one week period but the present case has entered in 3rd week. I was informed that my application has been considered and approved for installation of DSL (student package). Despite making complaints on daily basis on different levels, neither any person visited my home not the DSL has been installed. The staff of help line as well as the Telephone Exchange Taxila are taking no interest in my complaints made by me, which are in dozens in number.

2 In view of the above, it is requested that orders may please be issued to concerned staff for installation of DSL at my residence No. S-II/30, HIT, Taxila Cantt.

Complaint about your local authorities & their mis-behavio
Dear Sir,

My name is Fahid Mahmood & phone no. is 041-2668146…i m facing problem of low speed and disconnected . i have 1mb broadband connection . but speed is very very low. please please help me i hope u must get action…
I have your internet services since 12 june 2010 but it is very sorry to say that I am not satisfied with your services & system.
I have complained several times to your local authorities but it is all in vain.

The behavior of your representatives was very shameful & dirty. I also have the video proof about this. If you want I can send you by email.
Now come to the solution, if you can solve my problem within next 48hours, I will be glad. Otherwise, give me a favor to disconnect my connection because I am mentally very upset with this scenario. I hope if you will see my video proof , you condition will be the same.

I look forward for an immediate & optimistic response.

The phone number 0543-543317 against in the name of Imran Waseem at Moh: Shumali near Peer Ladla Chowk Plan Pakistan Chakwal is still dead (service unavailable) from 17-07-2010 to date. i have lodged complain at PTCL Chakwal complaint Centre several times but in vain. The staff of PTCL replied “We are coming.We are coming” but they do their job with no results. Please you are humbly requested to please take necessary and immediate action on my complain specially. I am a regular bill paid customer. my family is facing a lot of problem due to the unavailable PTCL phone service.

our number 041 8523798 is unable to bconnect since two months .i have complaint alot to all related authorities even to the local administration.but still it is disabled along with Dsl.kindly do check it .

The Subject telephone number got out of order some 10 days back when the PTCL staff have some diging / repair job corner of my street , since that day my telephone is out of order. I approached the telephone staff number of time who promised to get the telephone line repaired. Since then I repeatedly making complaints no one is bothering .

It is requested that My telephone No 04235820768 maybe repaired and an internal inquiry may be held into the affairs of ghazi road Exchange so that the subscribers get a sigh of relief from ptcl staff of ghazi road exchange.
