PTCL Complaint Center
The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

ptcl department has been sold by mr.mushraf in the hands of thieves and they are engaged in loot mar and shearing % to mr. mushraf . present govt should take action against them and should nationalized the same for better service.

My home broadband DSL # 051-4474696 is not working for the last more than one month. Complaints on 1218 have been registered repeatedly. Also visited Chaklala Exchange (Rawalpindi). No serious efforts made by PTCL officials to get resolved this issue. Moreover, Mr. Noman who is receptionist of Chaklala Exchange is very rude person. He always misbehaves clients and was very rude with me as well. PTCL Senior management is requested to please take notice of attitude of Mr. Noman and get resolved my broadband issue.

Despite repeated reminder, I m not been able to rectify complain, which is extreemly disappointed. Please look into the matter or I may take up the case officially at apropriate level. My PTCL no is 0515121941 thanks and regards

i am working in Dubai Etisalat
from last one month i am making complaint but still no action I have triple play service adsl,telephone and tv when ever we made the complain no body is coming on site from office they r telling yoyr line is ok thats it but i think problem is from line side r modem but no one is coming to check every two min net is going down pleas take serious action I will be thankfull my telephone numbers is 0515508343

Sir please resolve my problem my phone is dead last 3 weeks no ptcl employee to come in my home to resolve problem so please sir take rapidly action other wise i have no choice , in a week i will disconnect my ptcl ….

I HAVE COMPLAINED OF MY PTCL NO 0543559214 MANY TIMES BUT NO ACTION TAKEN. KIENT INFUTURE KINDLY TELL ME WHO IS RESPONSIBLE IN PTCL FOR SAME. ALL THE NUMBERS THOSE STARTS FROM 9 ARE NOT BEING DILED FROM MY NUMBER. I WILL NOT MAKE THE PAYMENT OF BILL IN FUTURE IF SAME QUERY IS NOT SOLVED.
