The banner in the picture reads:
We have been trying to get out PTCL number 042-6371795 fixed for the last six weeks, but without any success!
It is not clear whether putting up a banner to register your telephone complaint worked or not. But one can only imagine how desperate this person had to be that he resorted such extreme measures of spending money on the printing of this banner and then hoisting it on a busy city road. Or, maybe, he is just trying to make light of what has to be a really frustrating situation. As they say, “Lahore, Lahore hai!”

can u please draw attention of the relevent authority of ptcl of the complaint about tel no 923-650220 nowshera salihkhana which is out of oder for the last one month. no body take care despite of repeated complaint. being an overseas it is difficult for us to find the relevent complaint authority.thank

once upon a time that the complaint send a No.021 35073344 is not working and the bill shows calls ,it is very regret to say many complaints send from cell phone,and e-mails but AAP LOGON K KAN PUR JOUN BHI NAHEN RENGTI- what the hell is that,
if u r not to serve the services,stop the service,n not shown greeen gardens to the newly custmours.

I was purchase Ineternet device from Azizabad Telephoe Exchange, the shure me that the Evo divice will be activate after 1 hour but after 2 days the divuce could not activate when i went there Aiziabad center a person his name is Mr Sameer he miss talk with me i was calling him Sir in respect way and he replayed me nahi karte active its not our work you can do what ever you want, i said to him i complaint of this behavior at Islam abad he replyed me do the complain Islam abad i want you please take action against Mr Sameer thank

this is my 2nd mail.i hope u will take action .i take the ptcl dsl connection 2 months ago.and it is not working from the start.i have registered a complaint but no action has been taken till now.and moreover the dsl line man of the wapda town exchange and the officers even donot know how to treat the customers they use harsh language.i have also complaint to the asst.manager mr. zeeshan at the township exchange that these people of wapda town exchange are not solving my problem or had use a harsh language but he has not taken any action inspite of my continous complaint.plzzzzzzzz take action or sugest what shoud i do.waiting for reply

My phone number in 051-5707614. I had a problem with phone for over three months but it is in order now. But my DSL is not working and the people in Nawaz Colony never come here to check the phone or the DSL. The PTCL workers are the worst that has ever happened to Pakistan. They take bribes and then do the work and I do not give bribe and so they never come to check the phone or the DSL. I earn haraam but I do not, and I have been facing a great deal of difficulty to pay for the bills to PTCL.

I would like to say you that it is all correspondence have been done between ptcl higher management but still unresolved matter for Ptcl reason no enough fund for damage fiber…….??

The case has been long prolong, this is with reference to our telephonic conversation regarding mentioned subject dated 09.12.2009. As per your instruction the case has been given by Mr. Javeed Sheikh (Dev. Head), I regret to inform you that I have not get any positive response yet??? The case still pending and no result from your side.
Therefore, you are kindly requested to look into this synoptically. I am student in Karachi University and internet is my need for education. I have got net connection ptcl broadband but due to fiber damage it has been disconnected from October 7, 2009 I am facing such kind of problem to complete my assignments on daily basis.
I am sure and hopeful that your prompt action make it urgent basis.
